Join Our Portal
You will receive an introductory email connecting you to your clinician and includes instructions on how to schedule and complete new patient forms within our patient portal Practice Better. We are here to help answer any questions you may have!
Get Scheduled
If you would like to get to know your clinician a bit more before completing new patient forms you can schedule an insight call with them! Otherwise once your forms are completed you can schedule a initial nutrition assessment with your clinician!
Insurance Verification
Once you have completed your new patient forms we will verify your insurance coverage. We take many major insurance plans and will verify your benefits prior to your first session. Don't have insurance? No worries! We offer great self pay rates.
We are currently in-network with BCBS, Tufts, United, Harvard Pilgrim, and Wellsense.
We are currently not in-network with Medicare or Mass Health Plans at this time.
Don't have nutrition coverage? We offer self-pay rates at $200 for an initial assessment, $150 for follow-ups, and $75 for short follow-up sessions.
